As per Dirge!: Please use this channel to make any notes for potential issues found during testing. Keep any postings here simple so we can review them. This is not intended to be somewhere for debates on what should or shouldn't be included or addressed. Staff is keeping an internal checklist of items on Awakening customizations - many of which have not yet been pushed to test. Thank you in advance for helping us get Publish 9 ready for release!

Hello, I cannot seem to get this figured out. I have went to discord to sign up and create an account. But, when I search for and try to find awakening server to submit a ticket , I cannot find it anywhere. I am not very computer software knowledgable. I was trying to submit a ticket to ensure or reconfirm that my son and I can play on the same computer.

I greeted you in the Discord server, I'll get you verified in it now.
As for submitting a ticket, you can go to the left hand side channel list and go to the bottom where there should be a channel called #ticket-creation-lobby that will have instructions for you.

I signed up here back on 2017 but i have no characters made. Im no sure or dont remember what my plan was way back.....who knows.
