Rifleman Def Stacking for PVE

I know PVE mobs are tougher on this server compared to others so I was curious how Rifle/Melee professions work out for soloing mobs? I was going to try a Rifle/TKM to stack melee/ranged defs and have mit 3 for both as wells.

I did mrifle/mfencer was pretty decent

Another good option, is going Rifleman/Doc4x4x/Pistol xx43, more valuable to a group for the cures and reasonable defense (will still be around 100 m/r defense with tapes).
