Liking SL so far (nearly ground up to where I want to be) and am wondering, even though the group terrain negotiation, group melee def and group ranged def shows up on the squad leader, and not showing up on a group member (I am the leader) are these stats like the food and drink defences that do not show in the skill trees?
I'm aware that the SL has to be pretty much 200m in range of a group member and have tested this within 10 metres too, no joy.
I agree with the vastly reduced range fpr squad leader buffs, (as it should be as well!) but also wonder if the range would be expanded to maybe 300m, 350m say to enable all the group members to benefit if PvP breaks out in a city or near a base.
It certainly wasn't right for a SL to be sitting in a hut on Tatooine while the group gets benefits on Dantooine! Would there be anything in the pipeline (and it may be to early to say for pub 9) that would enable the SL to have the 'burst run' type buff applied to him/herself when grouped to keep up with the group and to 'show by example'?
