Bank safety deposit

Make the bank safety deposit accessible from any planet. Remove the join/quit bank option. It would make it easier when moving from one planet to another.

The way it was setup in the legacy swg was because servers were on different boxes. Sharing those database resources for bank storage would have been a nightmare across with all those servers. I may be off on my numbers, but depending on the size of a particular server population I’m those days you could have had more than one server per planet.
In the case of somewhere like Bria they may have had 20-30 servers for that one community. So interconnecting all those would have been crazy mad. Now with one database managing every resource this would be easier done server-side, however the client would need some work too.
