Question about City Gardens & Statues

I have been doing a great deal of searching but cannot find any information on how to craft (or learn to craft) the Exotic Gardens, such as the Dathomirian Brazier. The same hold true for many of the statues. Is there any guidance that peeps could throw me here?

you start to craft the dathormir garden. upon completion comes a selection box which garden it should be.
there should be what you seek.
