Hello returning to the game

So it's been a long time since I've been on SWG glad to see the awakening server is supporting this. So now my question is where are all the trash mobs? I can't do missions yet and I was wanting to just practice on trash mobs but there seem to be none outside Mos Eisley. Where do I go?

Been a long time but has it always been this irritating? 90% looks like instant death, Aggro range ridiculously far so you aggo everything that's instant death and it keeps hitting you so no running away until you hit the clone facility. Then the looooooong run back to your mission.......followed by death.....

I don't expect easy but it seems to be a lot worse than I remember. And no I quit when the nge was forced upon us so I did play a bit pre cu and CU.

Well, you are clearly picking the wrong targets.

Gorgs just behind the star port are a good start. (The little froggy looking things) There is a group of 5 there that you can start on.

If you get some buffs and some armour you can hit about anything and not die instantly. Come see my and I'll help out. Not to mention there is always the rule, don't hit the nest unless you want to be attacked by everything.

Thanks, I'm Vahlden Sollux. Mostly it's the missions I take what I thought were easy missions and I run out and the creatures Con as deadly. The wamp rats around Mos Eisley are the other problem.

Welcome home! Glad you found the server. It is really the most supportive group of folks out there. Just note that most of the NPC cities, save Mos Eisley, are pretty just used as transit. The action is at player cities around the galaxy. If you have any questions or need help getting settled in, The Journeymen <TJM> are always willing to assist. We look forward to seeing you in game. We are always looking for good folks to enjoy the game with. We are Imp/Neutral.

Swing by Bedrock and see Absinthe. She has newbie starter kits. food, drink, backpack, etc...
The con system is kind of messed up. You should be able to kill the low level mobs around the NPC cities.

You will really enjoy the server. Folks are helpful, and want to have fun. This server is a little harder than others, but it is balanced and fun. Check out the player cities. There are vendors all over the place. Bedrock kind of caters to the newbie crowd. Lots of starter weapons in vendors, foods, armors, etc...

Come check us out in Bedrock (Scientific Society) and Mos Crumpit (Industrial Society), Tatooine. We have all the basic profession trainers, buffs, vendors, etc... AND the most beautiful location on Tatooine! Come get your grind on!
