IMPORTANT: Veteran Rewards

Veteran rewards were reset with the release of publish 9. We are aware well aware of this and do not intend to try to fix this. There are plenty of other things to address that don't include finding a way to take toys away from players. However, there are a couple of things that players reclaiming rewards should know:

• YOU MUST CLAIM THE FLASH SPEEDER. If you had claimed the flash speeder previously you will need to claim it again for the /flash command to work. That command was also lost in the reset and restoring it for anyone who does not reclaim the reward will be very low on our list of priorities. If you skipped through and claimed something else you will need to wait until the next reward is available.
• You need to claim the rewards in order. It doesn't matter that you have been here 839237726 days - you must claim a reward from the options presented before the next reward tier becomes available. This has not changed but we are seeing a lot of people ask for assistance with this issue due to the reset.
