Travel Suggestion

Hi, just a small travel suggestion that would make travelling around the galaxy a bit easier.

I have a vague recollection that this was in live but can't be sure.

I would be great if you could purchase the travel tickets for your whole journey from one terminal. Say you were going from Walkabout Creek on Dantooine to Tuskens Bane on Tattooine it would be great if you could purchase the tickets for the whole trip in one go, rather than running to the terminals at each stop. In this example you would need to make 4 different terminal transactions and may potentially miss the last flight and have to wait (thumbs up for reducing the wait time between transports too). If you didn't want to make the function available from shuttle terminals, maybe it could still be done from starport terminals.

Another suggestion is that maybe an extra reward for doing the themeparks could be access to shuttle to faction bases and/or Jabba's Palace (for completing Jabbas themepark).

That was put in by SOE, then reproduced by EMU to be exactly like live. The purpose like many other things was to encourage more social interactions and of course as an additional time-sink. While it would help players with time, it also affects other things like PvP and BH missions. SWG is so intricate everything is intertwined and while one thing may seem like a convenience, it may adversely affect another item.

You can purchase tickets from any terminal in advance for your starport trips. You can either write an alias or a macro. However, it does not work for shuttles in player cities. I use a macro. I am at work and can't recall the exact wording. It has a somewhat unique coding for each starport and shuttle. You still have to walk a little after each transport. So it's not completely instananous from anchorhead to yavin.

I like this idea. That would be really cool for the starting points of the corvette.
