Launch error

Each time I try to launch "as admin" Launcher loads, I hear the voice. It says Awakening Verified on left Tab, Right Tab says "k1:01", I click that and get Boink! lol. Do a Ctrl/Alt/del and see the launch running and Error message. I think I'm running the updated .Net and DirectX. Sometimes it's a black screen. Any thoughts? Thought I saw a few good links around here. Thanks

First of all, check out this link to make sure you have the correct requirements for the launcher installed:

Then you will want to rectify any issues if you don't have the correct things installed or you did a step wrong.
If that doesn't fix it, try reinstalling the base game (in the directory the launcher points to) and see if it works properly again. If that doesn't happen to fix it, reinstall the launcher again from scratch, of course backing up macros, notes and aliases first.
If you can't fix it after this let me know and I'll see what else I can do to help, screenshots of what the launcher is reporting the error as could be helpful for me and anyone else to understand what exactly the look of the error is (in case we have encountered it before).

I worked on it a few hours last night and remembered seeing something on rendering graphics and was able to get in the game. Still tweaking some aspects. It allowed me to join a server,I guess the only main server? I did bump into a toon last night at one point I guess I'll need to find a player city with medic for healing. I'll be on throughout the day today. Glad to be back I have much to remember and work on lol.
