Player suggestions are appreciated and we thank everyone who takes the time to post their ideas on how to improve gameplay on Awakening. Though we may not comment on all of them, every suggestion posted here is reviewed and discussed by staff - usually after it has been given time for input from the community. Those that we decide make sense for Awakening and are worth further consideration will then be put on our list of items to start working into our testing environment. How those items are prioritized at that point depends on a number of factors that include (but are not limited to) player feedback, difficulty of implementation, range of impact, and time to develop.

Important Notes:
  • Posting a suggestion does not automatically make it eligible for testing, no matter how easy you think the change will be
  • Be respectful of other players
    • We encourage discussion and constructive criticism of ideas.
    • Do not reply with attacks.
    • Do not make dismissive comments without offering your point of view.
    • Do not dismiss an idea on behalf of staff (e.g., "The developers have better ways to invest their time"). While we appreciate the concern, we will decide what we have time to work on.
  • Be respectful of staff
    • We may not agree with your proposal. Trolling and condescending remarks are not likely to sway our opinions.
    • Arguing your position on why a change is needed is fine. Present your argument in the appropriate thread.
  • Unfortunately, some great suggestions are never implemented (server/client limitations, development time, unintended results in testing, etc). Don't let the fact that none of your suggestions seem to make it to the play server discourage you from posting your ideas. Keep them coming.
