Still a few people around, talk in General chat in game, people are there.
If you want to PvE, there is tons to do.
If you want PvP, it's pretty stale, a lot of PvPers have left, the Dev here is very busy and we haven't seen a patch in a very long time, people are bored/frustrated/too busy to play.
