All Server Status threads will be moved to this section of our forums. Since questions concerning Server Status are typically temporary in nature, essentially asking about current status, these forums will be regularly auto-pruned.

We also ask that all posts asking about server Status be polite and as positive in nature as possible. We understand you may be frustrated when the server is resetting but we sincerely ask for your understanding.

Please quit making posts every single time the server goes down. We are completly aware of the situation. If you believe an action you are performing is causing a server crash please pm an active CSR with details about what you think is causing it in great detail. Do not spam them, do not ask for double xp or items to be returned that were lost as a result of the crash. The people responsible for getting the server back up are working to get it going again when it has gone down.

Your patience is appreciated. Any new posts will be deleted.

Great detail would include:

• Character name

• Planet

• Location

• Action performed: i.e. Crafting a particular item, training medic 1 etc;

• Has this occurred more than once or every time the server crashes.
