NGE ruined SWG. NGE however did have some cool elements (additional houses, weapons etc etc... and we will look to include many of those features in the future for a Pre-CU+ experience), but it in my opinion, it completely ruined and "dumbed down" the combat/class system. NGE combat was considerably easier than SWG Pre-CU and I believe that is what people refer to as easy-mode when speaking of NGE.
If I may ask (I cannot find this info anywhere I look), what is SWG Awakening position on the NGE decorating system improvements, Expansion planets such as Kashyyyk / Mustafar, and the GCW patch that allowed the factions to compete over grid zones and static bases? I recall those three features probably being the most enjoyable throughout my time in NGE... The GCW feature created a PVP incentive i never seen in another MMO... it was simply huge, competitive (in a healthy way), and damn enjoyable.

I liked the GCW system... as in the struggle for planetary control. CU/NGE had nothing on Pre-CU when it came to PvP though... people just had something to fight for. In Pre-CU they fought to fight the enemy... Rebels were Rebel scum or Reblets and Imperials were wIMPs!
Additional planets, houses, vehicles... good stuff. In time we will add. Already have a few NGE houses that are high end loot.
