ITV

Been playing for a few weeks now and I think its great! I really missed the swg experience. I like the fact that there aren't a lot of newly added items, But I think, being an 8 year vet, one of the best additions was an ITV. Sometimes quick travel is essential. Maybe in the future you can add them. BTW you guys are doing a great job!!!

I always felt mixed on the ITV. As a Bounty hunter i hated it.

Quick travel ruins games. I prefer having to drive everywhere, gives more impact to the decisions you make. Being able to teleport back to town would totally cheapen the experience for me.

It things like this though that ruin the games. Fast travel is just stupid. This is all just my opinion of course but fast travel is just lazy plain and simple. Take a game like EQ i think Planes of knowledge completely ruined that game. Thats where it started to go downhill anyhow.

Lyris that was hands-down the most positive thing I've ever heard you say.

Let's hope ITV is NEVER implemented whether here or anywhere else for that matter.

ITV is the most immersion-breaking, social-destroying feature ever implemented in SWG (my opinion of course).

Don't want easier transport options you go somewhere you set the GPS to travel the same route back where you came from.

Can agree to take away the wait time in space ports by a 100% though, might seem weird proposing this but it is pointless having those anyway, especially when JTL gets around, hit spaceship terminal direct travel to whichever planet you want to go to anyway.

I don't think that ITV's were a positive part of the NGE. Like others have said, it's bad for a multitude of reasons.

New content should be encouraged in my opinion, but this is pushing it!

ITV was a vet reward. I didn't find them that bothersome as they had a long reuse timer .. like over an hour initially I think. It isn't like you could just use it anytime you wanted. I still am not fond of them but it isn't as earth shattering as some make it out to be.
