Merchant XP?

How long is the wait in between checking the vendor for xp. I mean if i have a char look at the vendor for xp how long before i cant get xp again from checking that vendor? Im just trying to fiugre out what kind of pause to put on my macro for switching between the vendors. I dont know if any if this made sense but if anyone knows any help is appreciated.

Should be (or atleast used to be) 10 minutes by someone that is not admin on the structure I believe. But xp isn't accrued instantly.
