In Game Mail system tweak.

Not a major issue, but more of a convenience suggestion.

Currently when I open my in game mail it has the first item on the list selected, and it is always the oldest item. While you can click on the date header to sort the mail by date, the window stays with the selected item leaving me to scroll all the way through every message to get to the current mail. Now for me I keep all my mail regarding guild and city business so in just the past three weeks I have built up quite a list.

Might there be a way for the mail window to open with the most recent mail appearing first and sorted descending from there?

Also on a kind of a Wishful thinking note, exploring the possibility of exporting in game mail to a text file for offline viewing would be nice. I keep my city and guild stuff in an Excel spreadsheet, and tabbing in and out of game to transcribe information gets tedious.

Like I said more of a Convenience suggestion.

Ok, at least one of you could have replied and told me that I'm a fracking moron, and that there already is the /mailsave command which saves all your mail to the hard drive and tells you where to look for it. THANKS A LOT!...

The sorting upon opening the mail window is still an issue though.....

That mailsave command is quite handy. Sometime during the NGE I started working on a Windows service that would read in and parse your mail to create sales statistics. Never finished that part of it but I also had it so it would forward your in game mail to a regular email address.
