Small state immunity with medicine use

A lot of enemies seem to have a increased dizzy/kd/posture etc over live values to increase general difficulty. That's understandable, the issue I'm personally running into is if you aren't a def stacker, the application of these effects are constant. This has impacted the playability of the doctor class specifically. Our state cures cost money and are consumed every use, they also take time to animate and have a longer cooldown intrinsically over attacks. There has been many instances by the time a dizzy state or intimidate is applied and animated, the state has already been reapplied, leaving no time for bleed or damage healing, effectively crippling our ability to be a field medic/doctor.

My suggestion here is to request a small window of immunity to the state (only when purposely removed with packs, not upon application) to make it worth the time, action and money invested into removing the state using a heal state pack. 5~10s would be ideal, so you could at least get a heal or first aid off in between constant state removals.

Additionally, applying the effects of wound healing towards first aid would be a huge benefit to actually investing all those skill points into doctor. At present someone with 2xxx medic deals with bleeds just as well as a master doc (or master medic), which definitely feels strange in practice.
