When i tried to tame a pet i just bought it gives me this window and i basicly have no choice but to lower the pets stats. So was just wondering what this means and why i couldn't keep the HAM. ( Btw the pet had around 6k base HAM and was lvl 22 or 24, also my CH is at 3111 )
file:///C:/Users/Wilhelm/Desktop/screenShot0001.jpg ...idk if the picture will pop up, but it's a picture of what i'm trying to describe.
Can't tame pets i bought with high HAM

The EMU team (not awakening team) really screwed up BE pets and BE pet making. The system as just fine and working so they decided to break it. I would not change any pet stats at this time and if you have enough stored pets to hold on to it, do so. They may eventually revert or fix the system and that pet could be usable again.

Just so nobody here really will take this ILL up... this is ranting at the EMU team NOT awakening.Meparch wrote:The EMU team (not awakening team) really screwed up BE pets and BE pet making. Like that is going to happen... want to see it before I believe it.... if you break something you can fix something, assume the original EMU team keep logs and progress on the changes they do so they can monitor where the problem occured.
Also it seem like they are more focused on other problems (assume not awakening team) than actually paying attention to professions that either need a facelift, some fixes and whichever else in favour to luxury problems or catering more towards the popular FOTM professions and events.. which very much seem like SOE reborn in some ways.
The core of any MMO is first of all: A. Interaction with other players in a massive scale. B. Loot and awesome cool looking stuff including crafting. C. Professions to do the things with and that work as supposed to be working........ faaar out you see stuff like lets in a figure of speech put it like... O. Player structures. P. Cities. Q. PvP or in general luxurious problems as you need all the previous steps to work well to make the rest successfull.

Has any progress been made on this with the recent patches maybe, hopefully. I would like to find a high level 68-70 or so combat pet but i really don't want to buy something and have it changed to possible uselessness. I have also noticed not many pets for sale out there. Has anyone tested the ranged attacks yet?
Another thought I had is two level 35 with different specials would be nice to have out at the same time, maybe one with poison dot and another with disease? Also two would probably actually have better DPS than one?
