Any chance for a vendor that buys skill attachments?

It would nice to be able to dump attachments that have no value either because the mod on them is broken or provides little to no value.

At a flat rate of 1500 creds per attachment, I think a lot of people would use this. Its not enough money to flood the economy and it would reduce the total number of objects that need to be tracked by the database.
