Heavy weapons bypassing LS block. Operating as intended?

As stated, heavy weapons (specifically limited use items such as particle beams) currently are bypassing saber block. I don't seek an explanation as to why or why not, but rather just curious if this is as intended or a current bug.

Well, Call me bias, but a rocket launcher to face shouldn't be able to be blocked

Heavy weapons are not the same as blasters, rifles, or carbines.the chance to hit on these also really suck. So yes they are working as intended.

Ya the accuracy might suck but land a few attacks at the 48m range with one of these babies and that's what I call Bar-B-Qued Jedi
