Yep. However, an active Theed and CNet was awesome when it came to PvP.

Players will not be able to build in npc cities on Awakening. I have been on servers that have done this both wrong and right. #1 it looks like shit. #2 performance, performance, performace. It can create horrible lag and looks like shit. Not going to happen, so you can now ditch those dreams of living in theed.

I would however be opened up to being able to build on additional adventure planets.

We will at some point allow people to build a little closer to major cities (NOT IN THEM!). The OBJECT is to attract players to the major cities.

We won't be opening planets like Endor for people to populate... that would further spread out the population and it's just wrong.
