Doc buff nerf?

Shortly before server down time Sat and Sun last I noticed that my master doc buffs had dropped from 2340 to 2190. I tested it again today both without Bivoli and with. Previously my Bivoli had boosted them to 2520 now they just hit 2340.... I've checked my toon's clothing, the med centre rent, everything. Any ideas or was there a nerf that I missed.

On another subject (something I know if affecting others) what's going on with chat tabs? They seem to be jumping around and messing up all over the shop.

Maybe the town you were in lost its Medical Center bonus?

Nope town is still a medical center.

Yeah I didn't wonder if that had reset somehow whilst new mayor took over, but he assures me he hasn't touched anything. I might go and check in another med city. Thanks for the input. Looks like server is down again now LOL looks like the Daleks are trying to load into Naboo again.
