That's sparkling, not glowing. I think you are glowing when you are pregnant. So get pregnant, then you will glow.

Unless of course you are a young girl below the age of 18. Talk to your parents before glowing.

Once you figure it out, come to Kadaara and meet me in front of the starport. I will be giving lessons on how to use your saber. No buffs or food required. I'll take care of the rest.

Have you tried sampling Radioactive Materials for a few hours? That should do the trick ;D
