Do not keep them anywhere near you, do not equip your saber or use any force moves near them even if they are factional pets that belong to you and are even in a group with you because apparently as stupid as it sounds they will still put you on the terminals.

I don't think it sounds stupid at all .. it is a WHITE NPC to you .... all white npcs give visibility as they did in live .. grouped or not. In live .. ALL NPCs gave visibility here they do not, just the white ones.
