There are no trade rules. Staff will not govern 99.9% of what happens here unless someone is selling illegally obtained loot, exploited items, etc, etc.

Our only advice is to please make good practice here. Don't get into squabbles, don't rag people about what they are selling items for. If it's too high a price or too silly a request people just won't buy it. They can figure that out on their own. If you are determined to make such a suggestion to someone, do it to them via forum pm. That way it doesn't turn into a pissing contest or hurt feelings.
