Western song XP from theater quest

I got the western song scroll from the theater quest, and I noticed it has a requirement of 400k XP. I have novice musician and I have the 400k, if I learn the song will it take the 400k? And what is the XP tic like? The only reference I could find was for the NGE and the XP ratings are different, and I'm wondering if the XP bonus is worth it to use now.

Basically should I just use the 400k for better music knowledge and use the scroll once I hit master? I did the quests back in live but I don't remember when I did them (thought it was pre NGE but not 100%). I don't remember if I was master or not when I did them.

I went ahead and learned the song to see, and I was getting the same XP as the Waltz song with an omni box at 31 XP, not grouped. So for anyone else wondering I would say it's not worth it save up the XP to learn it at novice. Use your XP for your skill boxes until after you hit master.

Western for big xp was definitely an NGE thing. I'm happy to read the theater quest is working...as frustrating as it was, I loved the extra song
