Faction Flags / Faction items

SO i checked on the forums (hope i did well and am not opening up an old idea) but i was thinking. Would it be possible to add the ability for artisans who have joined a faction to have the ability to purchase a faction schematic to craft faction items. Maybe give it 5 runs per schematic. Maybe for anyone to purchase the schematic and just take it to a arisan to craft. Let me know what you all think. Thanks
