Creatures despawn rate

It seems to me that creatures once killed despawn particularly quickly here. I'd like to start a Ranger/TKM character but on my novice TK, as soon as I've spun the first group of creatures they despawn in like 5 seconds. Definitely not a lot of time to harvest them unless I killed them one-by-one and harvested each immediately after killing which isn't always able to be done, especially with social animals and vicious ones.

I was wondering if you could maybe look into increasing the time that it takes for creatures to despawn once killed. SWGEMU server seems to have a good timer on it, I can spin a lair and still have enough time to harvest them all before they despawn.

nvm someone just told me that they despawn fast if you don't have scout in your temp and if you do they stick around longer

I apologize as responses are a little slower during the holidays. Yes if the npc/creature in question has nothing to loot or you don't have scout to harvest the AI self cleanup happens rather quickly.
