Player city mini Star port building

Player city mini Star port building. To allow incoming/outgoing travel to other planets.

You could re skin the current Shuttle port building to look like a mini star port and change the shuttle to look like a Star ship.

The animation for the shuttle landing is already there so they both could be re skinned.

The materials required for crafting the deed could be changed to reflect the larger building.

Also the maint cost could be raised to reflect the larger building.

Also it could require the Master Shipwright class to place it like the other class required buildings.

You could also make a requirement of a level 5 city to host a Star port.

If so, it should have to be placed a minimum of X km away from any other existing starport.
