Also, apologize if this has been covered before. I know Dorid tracking isn't the sexiest aspect of being a BH, but It interests me to no end.
I type this up to give an explanation of what each skill does, and the difference between Master Bounty Hunter and MBH with +25 to all stats. I plan to do more testing over time to update this section as I go forward. Finally, I give thoughts on which stat is the best to upgrade depending on what you do with your BH, though I feel all four stats are crucial if you hate to waste time like I do.
Skills Clarification:
Droid Speed - General Speed. From launch to first update. I believe this is only for Probe droids and Galactic updates to find the Mark's Planet.
Droid Tracking Effectiveness - Success Rate. Damn those Mynocks and space slugs. (This is maddeningly named Tracking Droid Effectiveness for some reason.)
Droid Tracking Speed - I believe This is solely for Seeker Droids and the FIND AND TRACK feature. This speeds up the notifications on planet.
Droid Precision - Waypoint accuracy. How close the given waypoint is to the mark.

Baseline:
At Master Bounty Hunt you should be at:
Droid Speed +80
Droid Tracking Effectiveness + 100
Droid Tracking Speed +80
Droid Precision + 130
Obviously Speed and Tracking speed are not capped, even at MBH.
Taped out at +25 to all
Here are my observation at having +25 on all these stats.
1. Droid Speed +105 - at this level you shave 40 seconds off an initial track. I don't know about you guys but this is a huge time saver for me. It's less time standing around and more time getting to the shuttle. At MBH it takes close to 1:20 for your first planetary updates. At +105 I timed it at 0:40 seconds.
2. Droid Tracking Effectiveness + 135 - So far I haven't gotten any Space Slug/Mynock/Energy messages, but I've only run about 6 missions so it's not a large enough sample size. I can say that at MBH I got a lot of failures and multiple failures in a row even at 100%. I remember once I got 5 in a row. Master my ass. This should also effect how many seekers you need to use on planet. So far, since having +135, I've only had to use ONE seeker once I get on the planet. If you want to save money on droids, or cut down on wasted time this is the stat to buff.
3. Droid Tracking Speed + 105 - For me this is the biggest state to buff if you're tracking Jedi on a planet. Knowing the moment they move can allow you to head them off before they make their shuttle and/or house, or allow you to correct your trajectory while moving in on a speeder. I haven't been able to test the timers on this stat like I have on Speed unfortunately, but I could tell it was faster with NPCs. I think this will be crucial for player bounties as well.
4. Droid Precision +155 - Waypoint accuracy isn't a huge deal with NPCs but it does save time. With Jedi I would say it's a big deal if you don't want to visually spook them. It all depends on how you hunt I suppose. I can not say in M's how accurate the increase is at +130, but I can say that with NPCs, instead of being anywhere in a huge circular radius from on planet seeker WP, With +155 they are usually within your 125 Radar radius and visually close to the orange dot.
Suggestions
In my opinion a BH has way too many stats to cap for combat. From Carbines, LLC, Pistols, and then getting your defense bolstered, having droid tracking just takes up too many slots. My solution was to create a separate set of tracking clothes that are visually different from your combat clothing. This way you can tape out, track, and then switch out before going into combat on your speeder. It's a simple solution to having way too many stats to cap. Also, you can use Armor bits for AA's since you shouldn't be in combat with this stuff, and thus cap pretty easily.
Just don't forget to switch clothing, if it's NPC's or Jedi, or you'll die real fast. haha.
Final Thoughts.
I am unsure if the cap is 125. I would say these skills DO NOT Cap at 125 because at MBH Droid Precision is capped, yet is isn NOT as accurate as when you add +25 through SEA's and get 155.
Unfortunately, none of these skills change the 20 seconds to call a Probe Droid after you use the remote. It's a hard timer I guess. I'd love to see that change but it's not a huge deal I suppose.
Also, as a comment/suggestion - I would love to see non-combat BE clothing with Droid stats added to the game at some point. +5's or something would be hugely helpful.
Thanks for reading.
