Intimidate 1 and 2 stacking

Do they stack on this server? If so is this what the devs are sticking to?

With basilisk and it seems other private servers changing this where they are not able to stack is this something that we plan on changing or is it something we do not have to worry about? With the way that the server is this change would create a fair amount of issues.

Well if you look at how they are planning on keeping fast blast the same state even after they change it on EMU I'm guessing Ed will change it back to the current state once it get patched.
