As an aside I don't even know if this is possible. We have had 8 people on the same mission before and the old system of diminishing returns when pulling a mission doesnt seem to be in effect here. I am not sure that having anyone hold your mission accomplishes anything. There doesnt seem to be a mission cap like on live.
It may have changed at some point - my experience on the BH end is 9 months old at this point after all. At that time, I confirmed that it maxed out at 5 people holding.

As far as I kniow if a BH holds a mission it will either expire if another BH kills that jedi or remain viable even if the jedi goes off the boards.

I could be wrong but thats how I understand it.

Question about force speed. If it is currently active and a jedi comes near an npc does that give vis, or is just the act of intiating it that gives vis?

I'd guess it'd be based upon the spell cast based on how other vis mechanics work

Force speed, or any jedi ability that stays active for a period of time, will only give visibility when the skill is actually used.

Some people find out they're 7/7 because the old man showed up 'randomly'. Others, like me, meditate at the shrine and find out we're 7/7 before the old man comes. After I meditated, and saw I was 7/7, it was about 45 seconds before the old man ran up to me. So, technically I knew I was 7/7 before the old man.

be mindful of your advice and where you give it. Every guide published here.... is a BH guide too.... better to share it in game with people who ask...

When you guys start coordinating and quit treating your profession likes its the KGB things will change. Until then Jedi will keep hiding and naming houses after us.

Pretty certain Cure means don't tell the bounty hunters our techniques. Not sure where you got that KGB feeling from Celt old chap.

I got it from the suggestion that strategies shouldnt be shared on the forums, only in game because BHs might see...its ridiculous. You fear is hurting your class as a whole. Im amazed you guys dont see that and work together more.

I never had a problem with force speed when I ran into NPCs. It happened often and I never got visibility from it. I think even force run wont do it. I remember Dashiva doing some testing on the test center with it. He ran around Theed zipping all over and didn't get termed. What WILL get you visibility is equipping/unequipping any jedi gear (robes/saber) Don't do that at all. Combat abilities or force healing abilities I would also not do.

Yea, it is a little dumb, especially when information and strategies could be wrong (not questioning anyone, but it does happen) and there is no place to go to see otherwise.

I'm sorry but you "got it" wrong. I was suggesting that we get our shit together ingame and not on the boards. Posting your template and how you grind is "spoiler" stuff of great use to you lot.

I'm not being KGB, maybe being completely selfish. Nobody has to take any notice of my opinions. I don't see an issue with that. I disagree with your "ridiculous" assertion. It makes you seem as though you feel you are the authority on everything. I don't see a problem with you expressing an opinion either. I don't feel the need to refer to it as ridiculous (its more pompous) ;)

You see, Ancker has been kind enough to post this thread (as well as her other posts) to inform other jedi basic techniques. It's simpler in the long run for other jedi to learn things this way rather than Ancker, myself and others showing folks individually as there is nit enough time in the day.

Outside of this wonderful guide jedi do work together both within guilds and in combined guild 'events'. We do post a few things in the forums too. Most things we keep to ourselves ;)
