Profession to complement Doctor?

I only played Doctor after the CU, where Doctor was quite different and much simpler. I was Doctor/Rifleman for quite a while and enjoyed it.

Pre-CU, it seems more like a crafting profession than a combat one. What compliments it well?

I went TKM on my doc. So that I could bring him to runs in DWB, NS, etc. He would have at least some def. You could do Fencer as well.

I find doc/ swords works really well together

A sexy nurse would defo compliment a doc

Other than that, a mix of TK fencer and swords may be good. Choose the def modifiers when picking the trees.

I was never doc pre CU either.. I do have a doc with some CM and Pistols on Bas.. That toon is pretty bad ass to compliment a group in pvp..

PVE I would think swords would be the go to template to go with MDoc personally with as many points in fencer as you can get for a little defense. At MDoc you can heal so fast that as long as you keep plenty of stims in your inventory then you should be able to heal your way out of almost anything.
