sry newb question

sry for this noob question but im stumped. I am trying to become a commando. I am master marksman, and have more then enough combat exp to train as a novice commando. But the box doesn't have an exp bar next to it, and when i go to a commando trainer they say they can't teach me anything, i tried several trainers, as well as logging, and asking around for help but i can't get anywhere.

Any help would be great thx guys!

You probably don't have 4xxx from brawler, which is also a requirement for commando
