Account does not exist?

Hey gang, brand new to the SWGawakening crowd excited to be here. I've seen a few posts like this before nothing really with like answers in regards to what might help though. On the login screen i type my username and password that work for this website/forum/whatever, but it says my account does not exist. Any ideas?

Use the "Server Select" option from the launcher and make sure that the "Live Server" is checked.
