Faction points question

Can a smuggler sell faction points to other players or just buy them for themselves? Weird question I know, but I can't seem to find an answer online.

You can sell faction to other players but only through the /delegate command. Just be careful because you take a hit on faction when using that based on your current rank.

To clarify on what Packers said, /delegate isn't a 1:1 transfer of FP. The ratio improves as you go up in ranks capping at 1.17:1 iirc (meaning it costs you 1.17 fp for every 1 fp you delegate)
