Question about server population

Is the server population extra low or is the normal 4-5 people in Mos Eisley and about the same in Coronet? Hopefully there are more players on here than this.

Welcome! Glad you found the server. It is really the most supportive group of folks out there. Just note that most of the NPC cities, save Mos Eisley, are pretty just used as transit. The action is at player cities around the galaxy. If you have any questions or need help getting settled in, The Journeymen <TJM> are always willing to assist. Look forward to seeing you in game.

Come check us out in Bedrock (Entertainment district) and Mos Crumpit (research center), Tatooine. We have all the basic profession trainers, buffs, vendors, etc... AND the most beautiful location on Tatooine!

Not low pop, just using our hard fought and build cities.

Tatooine--Bedrock and Tuskens Bane
Naboo--Serenity and Con Diarmid
Corellia--New Destiny and Mon Cala

There are a lot more, but these are the ones that are very active, commercially. Others are more active for the GCW and factional stuff.

You will find people in the player cities rather than the NPC cities. Try New Destiny (Corellia), Avalon (Naboo), Tuskens Bane (Tatooine) or Serenity (Naboo) to start with. There are plenty others as well all across the galaxy

We are here my friend. As you travel through the worlds you will start to see us come out of the wood work so to speak. The population here thrives in our cities because that's where all of our ents, docs, missions, merchants are at. You will find in your travels that most if not all of the cities are setup in a convenient manner as to aid new folks coming in. As you branch out off the beaten path you will begin to see the server come alive. There are many occasions where I think I might be alone in a particular hunting area only to find a band of hunters running in the same area. This actually happens often. Stick around, explore, and most of all get to know us. We also have a server Team speak which is mentioned in the chat logs when you first log in.

Awakening also has its own teamspeak feel free to pop on there anytime, come get to know us and have fun. Very good and easy way to meet and get to know people and ask questions galore.You can find most people hang out on MG channel as it's an open door policy so all sorts of rift raft come in .

If your ever on corellia why not pop to new destiny it is 1km south of coronet star port. It is an entertainment district so 3 hour entertainer buffs, home to server famous airy bubbles who entertains in the bespin cantina. Also other rare buildings to see are wookie tree house and yt1300(millennium falcon style) house. There are plenty of well decorated shops,a massive mall and a lot of tent shops. The city prides itself on offering everything under one city. 24/7 entertainment and doctor buffs available.

If your interested in joining a guild I always advice to play the server first meet people and try out player cities before making a decision see what's a good fit for you.

Thanks for all of the replies. We were day 1 players on "live" until SOE pulled the plug. My wife and I found Basilisk a couple of weeks ago and are somewhat disappointed by the dreaded "wipe" decision that looms over the server. We're giving Awakening a test drive and if we like it, we'll be bringing at least 8 players with us. We'll check out the communities that you've listed and see if we find a home.

We have a great community here in Awakenings, glad to see you join us. If you need some extra help don't hesitate to give Sionix a shout.. I am online often. We're giving Awakening a test drive and if we like it

That's the best thing to do,people bang on about server population etc,it ebbs and flows here like any other place.
What i will say is this,there is enough population here even at a low ebb to make the game functional and have enough people to interact with.
In all my time here so far i've not noticed whether we are in low population phase or high,maybe that's because my chosen profession here always gives me some form of interaction.
