Unable to log in one character

Has this happened to any of you and if so, do you have a solution ?

I was happily driving across Rori when I got the orange "You have been disconnected from SWG" message. After reconnecting to the game I find that I can now log in with all my characters, as usual, EXCEPT the one I was playing when I got disconnected.

I have of course tried rebooting the computer, makes no difference, and the daily server reset made no difference either.

This is NOT the same issue as when you are told you already have the maximum number of characters online and you have to find which of your characters is still "hanging". As mentioned, I can happily connect any two other toons. Just not this particular one.

Any thoughts ? Thank you.

Were you visiting the Rori Hyperdrive Facility POI? I believe it's some kind of black hole at the moment. Might need to raise a ticket for a CSR to resolve.

If you were heading to the POI for the Hyperdrive facility you will need to put in a ticket. There is a bug at that POI and a dev will need to port you out of there to a safe spot.
