I would consider dropping master bounty to join the no robe club.

When I get home from work will try to get online to test live version of awakening's publish 8. From attacks I did on one particular jedi last night, I have some results of possible unspoken changes, but I need more data to confirm before communicate to others.

We are still designing the FRS. We are trying to make it a bit more unique than other servers have done. R3ckoning has & Veers had a pretty good system. I am also trying to keep our pve folks in mind. Not everyone likes pvp. If you took Bas + all the private servers and put them together I'd imagine it would still be less than 10% of the population.

We don't want to alienate anyone from the FRS pvp or pve players alike. So we are looking at maybe exploring finishing it up as a hybrid system. FRS doesn't stand for pvp only. That doesn't mean it won't require pvp at some levels. I think it's essential just like when leveleing to experience the rush and feel some pain beyond
Npcs and creature mobs.

Saberblocks been changed bud,its more efficient at MLS,Going to need rapid shots as a BH now.I went against several jedi today and could see it in the combat log.

What profession has rapid shots? Was the pen rate of FB lowered against a MLS?

That is what I suspected. But I wasn't sure if it was bad rolls on my part, an unintended coding error, or intended. I need a larger sample before making any conclusions.

It's not the only thing I noticed. I need to test more.

Interesting to hear - I'm probably going to be doing some misc testing tonight so I'll include that to my list. Out of curiosity did you specifically single out MLS as having a difference or was that more a statement of what you had experience with?

Struggling to even get online for more than 10mins in the last week or so.

Hopefully i can get online tonight, get my jedi sorted. Then i can test too!

On my MBH, i'm keen to re-grind master carbs, hopefully some stealth buufs!!

Interesting about FRS ideas, not sure if the emperor would approve about PvE jedi on the Dark side!! XD

None, it's just advisable to be speed capped with a low speed weapon.

Wasn't testing persay i just noticed a difference in my combat log,i did however go against a non MLS knight and it appears SO FAR (no quotes) there is a difference,undocumented in the master box.If i wanted to test it completely i would have to use a run of the mill LLC,which i didn't.
More shots where blocked,Thumbs up,i think there are several more tweaks to be found......

I've tried to keep Terrance pure,somehow i got tainted a while back when i checked a shrine for a laugh,unless that tingle was from dunkas cantina

Before results, a disclaimer of I was having unusually high variance throughout the entirety of my tests so precise numbers were more difficult to obtain. I am less certain of these numbers than previous ones due to that and a lack of time tonight to increase my sample size further (the sample size is about the same as my previous tests, but higher variance for whatever reason so more is needed for my own personal confidence). The numbers, or at least confidence therein, will be refined another day

All that said, I think MBH get 15% bypass now (down from 25%) and one of my MRifles characters using a rifle seemed to be 10%.

P.S. I found a number of the (other) undocumented changes Cynar. I like them for the most part, although a couple make me a tad sad.
