Does awakening use the village system or the one befor it? I am very curious to know so i dont do one thing thinking im on the right track and that not be true. Also if anyone could answer whats the process of taking into dark jedi?

Mix of both. You unlock FS through various randomized things for your character (not hologrind, but similar idea) and then grind out the 24 FS boxes as you did with the village, but without the quests and I think without the rotating system of which skills were available at any given time.
I unlocked before the village related stuff for FS was in so I dunno if the ratios are different and more specific details about the implementation
