Good Jedi Template for PvP?

I was wondering if anyone has any good Jedi templates they could share with me, especially a good PVP Jedi. I am not a Jedi but I have a toon I plan to make one eventually. So any/all advice is great, even if this is only for future planning. And if possible, could someone explain the whole Respec. thing to me? Thanks!
