equipping robe and saber and then unequipping

does this give visibility? now im talking out in the wild and there are no players and no credit dropping npcs heck lets just say theres nothing for 300m in each direction. I equip and unequip my robe and saber does these actions eventually put someone on the terminal? no explanation needed on vis, no letting me know what you did last week with your toon. yes or no? where do you get your info then? because i have read off the old forums that it does and that it doesnt but then again anyone who can type can write that stuff.
