Player Event: PvE Krayt Hunt

Nothing fancy. No frills or thrills.
No staff neccessary but always welcome.
Marvel, Tatooine - Krayt Hunt
Sunday, December 3, 2017 8 p.m. (EST)
1.5k West of Anchorhead
New to the neighborhood, would be cool to see some faces and meet others. You can stop by and run, nothing obligated.
10k for the first player to land a deathblow on any though

Sounds like an interesting idea...didn't knew there was krayt down there though ^_^
Will look into this thread more to see if I'm available or not.

Well I couldn't imagine saying this many years ago, but teah there was a krayt at my cityhall when i made the post. I was surprised too

There are random spawns of krayts all over Tatooine, but you will need the help of a staff member to get them spawned in a specific location

8pm EST would be 3am my time and 1am UK time so I doubt many Europeans will attend.

Great! About the EU Players. Yeah i kind of figured that but it's only a small gathering (more intended to meet players in general, aiming for ones in my own time zone just to start meeting players. I'll adjust the time in the future for a more broader signal though

But as Dunka said...it's a bit late so I my self won't be able to attend at this hour it seems.

You could tweak the time a little bit so its more in time with the Eurozone,however i appreciate this can be difficult.Perhaps you might be able to have two events if it is a primarily meet and greet?

Okay, im digging the Santa Outfits. Optional for all religious and ideological reasonings.
Terrance I didn't really give it that much thought because I really just began/don't know anyone. Also being so fresh without much to offer (Not even aware if ill be able to kill krayts myself) and being a perfection-at-heart (would prefer i have docs/ents set up, gear, etc.) Or even a more decent prize to give away, it was really just a blurt-spur of the moment activity idea. I'll have them often and ill adjust the times for sure, but this event ill just leave as is, as i wouldnt be around to do it any earlier this time.
I do have a total seperate.. "Workshop" coming up for Rebels too lol.

EU players arent missing out on anything fun yet i promise. Just empty buildings so far, barely keeping the lights on lol. I wont plan anything for 8pm EST again =)

For those of you interested in attending tomorrow night's Krayt Hunt, we will be meeting at the Marvel Mall @Waypoint: -1680 -5800 at 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Please come pre-buffed, as we can set right out.
If you are low-level and need help acquiring a buff without enough money we will cover you, but please contact Marky atleast an hour before the event.
The nearest shuttleport to Meeting point is located at Anchorhead, Tatooine. 1.5k West
Plan is to assemble into groups for player survivability and set out together. First player to kill a Krayt (Deathblow Via Combat Message) You will be awarded 10k.

Marvel Krayt Hunt Results: After a long and winded battle, Terrance from <BH> managed to climb on top of the largest beast and distract it, while Nohok came in for the Victory Death Blow, and has been awarded the "M1 Krayt Killer" trophy which will be displayed in the Hall of Marvel for eternity. There was too much action, and wild gun-fire to possibly know the size of the creature, but it was big enough.Thank you for those that came out, much appreciated. Will improve with time as far as turn-out and planning! Happy Huntin' Nohok!
