SWG Awakening - Registration

By accessing “SWG Awakening” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “SWG Awakening”, “https://swgawakening.com”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “SWG Awakening”. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and while we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes, you should review this agreement regularly. Continued use of “SWG Awakening” after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Failure to follow this agreement in its entirety will result in your access being terminated to all “SWG Awakening” platforms, this includes the website, game server(s), Discord server, social media presences and any other platforms owned, facilitated and/or managed by “SWG Awakening”.

SWG Awakening Website Agreement:

  • You agree that you will only make one account. “SWG Awakening” allows you to make one account only. Exceptions are occasioanlly made for family, roommates, and others living in the same household. Express permission must be granted by us for any exceptions, they are not automatically applied.

  • You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated, illegal downloads (Warez, torrents, etc...) or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “SWG Awakening” is hosted or International Law.

  • You agree not to post any users' real world personal information without their expressed permission.

  • You agree not to impersonate another person, indicate falsely that you are a “SWG Awakening” Staff Member or a representative of any other community.

  • You agree that you will not post links or discuss 3rd party hacks & cheats. Using 3rd party hacks & cheats on our server is strictly forbidden. Client side modding is ok as long as it does not give you an unfair advantage in-game.

  • You agree not to post spam or advertisements.

  • You agree not to promote or advertise other SWG servers.

  • We only support the official SWG client. As such, you agree that you will not discuss or post links to illegal client downloads.

  • You agree that “SWG Awakening” has the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, “SWG Awakening” shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

  • You agree that “SWG Awakening” has the right to terminate your access to the this website at any time for any reason.


SWG Awakening Game Server Agreement:

  • You agree that you will only make one account. “SWG Awakening” allows you to make one account only. Each account provides 10 character slots and allows up to 2 character to be logged in at the same time. Exceptions are occasioanlly made for family, roommates, and others living in the same household. Express permission must be granted by us for any exceptions, they are not automatically applied.

  • You agree that you will not use your account account and characters for financial gain. It is forbidden to use your account for soliciting real life monetary trades, purchasing of in-game credits or items for real life currency, exchanging in-game items/credits for real life items, or exchanging in-game items/credits for items/currency from other games.

  • You agree that your character, guild, item, & structure names can not be vile, profane, rude, racist, combinations of words that produce an offensive result, drug related, historical or religious references. (e.g God, Jesus, Allah, Satan, Adolf Hitler, Stalin), or chosen with the intent, or possessed of the effect of harming the reputation of, or used to impersonate a SWG Awakening developer, representative, CSR, or other staff member.

  • We only support the official SWG client. As such, you agree that you will only connect to our game server using an official, leagally obtained game client.

  • You agree not to exploit any bug in the game. You are required to report any exploit you may find while playing.

  • You agree not to use 3rd party hacks & cheats on our server.

  • You agree not to use the in game chat system to post obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, racial, or sexually-orientated messages.

  • You agree not to impersonate another person, indicate falsely that you are a “SWG Awakening” Staff Member or a representative of any other community.

  • You agree not to spam messages in the in game chat system. Spam messages are defined as a message that is repeated more than once in a 30 minute period.

  • You agree not to advertise services unrelated to Awakening in the in game chat system.

  • You agree not to promote or advertise other SWG Servers in the in game chat system.

  • You agree that “SWG Awakening” has the right to terminate your access to the the game server at any time for any reason.


SWG Awakening Agreement Addendum:
  • You agree to be additionally bound by the primary SWG Awakening Rules and Policies available on our website, as well as any supplementary rules and policies found here. In the event of any inconsistencies between this Terms of Use, the primary Rules and Policies, and any supplementary rules and policies, the latter two shall take precedence.


SWG Awakening Disclaimer:
“SWG Awakening” does not use or own server code written by Daybreak Game Company LLC (formerly Sony Online Entertainment), or Disney. All code was written in its entirety, by SWGEmu & Awakening Developers. All code is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL).

“SWG Awakening” is not associated with Lucasfilm Games LLC (formerly LucasArts), Daybreak Game Company LLC (formerly Sony Online Entertainment), or Disney. The Star Wars & Star Wars Galaxies trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
