This a good build for tanking?

Hello,

New to the Fencer world. Is fencer a good class for being a tank? Are fencers valuable in end game PvE or PvP? Anyways I was thinking about this?

Are you going to be running with other classes? This build is more of a Stun bat, PvP build.
If you are going to be solo content, then this is not going to be effective in high end content, as it doesn't have the necessary damage output or primary defense statistics.
I played with the calculator and if I were to build similar to this, I would use Pistols 1044/ Medic 3140/Mbrawler/MPistols
The reason being, you gain +50 v. KD, +20 Melee def, more Med use for Stim E since you can buy 4s BE clothes with +25 Injury and wound treatment on them. The biggest reason is that secondary defenses, such as Counterattack, Dodge, and Block, are all hard capped at 125. You gain no benefit from having 185 Dodge. Wasted points there.
There are a lot of ways to build a stacker. If this is the one that suits your playstyle I would say, go for it. You can slaughter mokks and jantas to your hearts content. In PvP you will ram that stun bat up the caboose and swish it around. With lunge2, Dizzy spin, blind, you bring lots of crowd control. This is my two cents. Good luck.

Thanks for your input, I didn't know for sure if dodge had the hard cap.
