What else should I add or tweak? I know Black Suns aren't as bad up close but last I tried they one shooted me from a distance. They die fine though up close.

So the counter attack is moot? Also what range of enemies do you think this could take out?
I am not insane I know I can't solo Krayts, just wondering my range and scope.
Also is Master Brawler worth it with me focusing TK as my prime combat?

You are going to be okay, as long as you can close on them and intimidate 1 and 2. Lunge 2 is an auto KD. Counterattack is weapon dependent. Only procs when you are wielding a 2h weapon or a carbine. The same for pike and rifle with block, and dodge with pistols and fencer.
As a TK you have defensive acuity. It is its own secondary def. when it goes off you will either, block, counterattack or dodge the attack. Because it is triggered in the same phase as the other secondary def, it will not benefit from the other stats that are weapon dependent, as the decision by the RNG is made after that would have been checked.
Whichever melee class you go after BS with, it will all depend on you closing with them fast. Depending on their spawn layout, you might be able to pull one with a ranged weapon, so as not to deal with them. If they torso shot you, you are dead. Best bet is almost to run in with your swoop and put it away in melee range. That is usually what I do. The first thing you need to do is Intim 1 and 2 as soon as you can on all of them. Then worry about your other debuffs.
As far as your build, You could solo a krayt. It would just take forever, as you have no way to reduce the resists.

Just to add-
Re BS - take a Synthsteak and swoop in like a boss! Top up with Exo wafers.
Re Krayt - I would recommend leveling a MCommando and dual box. Kill a Giant between 5-10 mins. Yeah solo doable but you're looking at 30+ minutes easily!

Should I use a mini suit or full suit? What kind of BE shirt and pants? What CA's and AA's to look for? And for a vibro knuckler am I looking for speed or dmg? You mentioned the food, what compliment of food, drink, spice do I need and what do each do?
I am sorry for the tons and tons of questions, but in addition to this helping me it should help others too and I think I will work on a guide from the data.
The idea of having a second char other then Mirei with the exception of storage always was distasteful to me. But I am to the point of not wanting to relevel a TK or something each time I need to farm money.

Armour: Mini suit is better for lower encumbrance vs Full suit whilst still giving the same protection, your mini suit pieces will just need replacing (or repairing) more often.
CA/AA: Not sure about Unarmed - I think you're speed capped on TKM. Unarmed Damage doesn't work iirc. You can try and get capped on state defences like dizzy, knock down, stun, blind, position change (down) etc.
Clothes: I normally use 4 melee defence / 15 defence vs stun for both shirt and trousers. I wear leather gloves too - look for ones with 4 sockets to maximise the number of CA you and put on them. I wear padded armour belts (with 4 MD/ 15 DvS too) as they aren't really armour per se but you can slot AAs in them and when they reach zero condition, the tapes still work like normal clothes.
Vibro knuckler: speed for grinding until TKM then find damage sliced ones.
Food - ones I used often:
Pikatta pie: ~50% dodge
Vasarian Brandy: blue bar buffs, I normally take 2 - lasts typically for 45 mins.
Citrus Snow Cake: ~+20 to accuracy
Synthsteak: ~40% dmg reduction for x number of hits to you. Usually a large fill
Exo-Protein wafer: ~25% dmg reduction for x number of hits to you (smaller than synthsteak). Normally a tiny fill (4-5) so you can eat quite a number in succession - normally used when Synthsteak runs out in an encounter.
Vagnerian Canape: Secondary blue bar buffs - willpower and focus. Last for 10-12 minutes.
Ithorian Mist: Increases defences vs dizzy.
Havla: Allows faster heals - sometimes I used this to heal through damage in tandem with Exo-Protein.
Rakririan Burnout Sauce: Uarmed dmg bonus - great for levelling.
Edit: Added Burnout sauce.

On the notes of rings - do the Hero of Tatooine quest, the reward ring is useful. It resurrects you with a tiny big of health.

All of the tkm tapes work, including damage. IT is the only damage tape that does, because there is already a stat to modify. The others don't work, because there is no base stat to modify.

+25 v stun
The states cap at 125, so if you are closer then you don't necessarily need +25. You cannot gain more then +25 from BE clothing and/or SEA's. So if you use those BE cloths with +15 stun in them, then you would need only 10. Toons with medic on them, wear the +25 IT/WT 4s pants or shirt. That bonus to the amount of damage healed is nice.
