How close to Pub 9 on test center?

Not asking a time frame but wondering how much of the pub 9 patch has looked at and finished? 20%, 50%, 80%? I know you can work on 90 percent of something, and that last 10 percent can be the most time consuming.

Mon Cala and Belicose, Corellia. Episode 8 "the worst starwars movie ever". Drop Vendor in Mon Cala mall somewhere. Look left for Mysterious Objects vendor.

I expect to post the roadmap for 2018 tonight. Included will be a target date for release to test center.
