Did a neutral destroy run with 2 characters and only the leader receive the badge and the av-21 schematic. Didn't in live all the peoples in group receive them? :(

I did the Rebel and I did not get the badge but, all 3 of us in the group got the AV-21 schematic after talking to Crowley in KorVella.
Yes, live everyone got them.

Everyone in the group needs to speak with the npc afterwards to get the schem,as a bonus it also resets any bugged quest characters :)

Did that. For my second character just start giving the mission.
