My Master Doctor Dr'Jeckyll Mr' Hyde is getting this message, This item does not provide attribute enhancement! when I try to use any Enhance Medpak A ,s I havent been able to enhance my alt,s ! Any advice on this subject would be appreciaated!

Chill...was asking due to the information wasn't there...
Had another attempt after server went down?
Sometimes small patches are being added on Monday and Fridays if server goes down...if so hard log and restart the client.
If it doesn't work then I am not sure what to do. Since I never heard about this issue before.

My medpack A's are pretty weak and made with poor materials. I only get around 70 points for both the health and action ones. Perhaps the buff yours provide is so small you don't notice it on the main screen. Check your character sheet...the buff will show in the modifiers column.

Issues with not being able to use them at all may be a bug if they were made in factories or with foraged parts. Factory bugs do pop up now and then.

Had this issue as well. Take the stims/medpacks or whatever you're using out of your backpacks and into your general inventory.

One of my fellow guild members had this problem. I had him trade the medpack to my doc. I tried it and it worked. When I traded it back to him , it worked from then on.
