Help I am stuck! No literally... I am Stuck!

First I apologize if this is the wrong area to be posting this. I tried to go to the area to submit a ticket (page not found), went to the area to submit a bug ticket (page not found). I used General Chat and Plant Chat in attempt to find help... Nada. So I am gonna try here.

My toon is stuck in the shuttleport area in town. I have tried everything I know to get her unstuck (unsitck, eject, prone, jumping, calling/mounting vehicle, exiting vehicle, logging off/back on, logging off ... waiting a while, then logging back on) nothing has helped. I am not sure how to reach a CSR in game or on this forum ... any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA /whiney voice "I just wanna play"!

No worries, I appreciate you getting back with me. I finally got her unstuck, don't ask me how because I don't know lol. I kinda figured one of you guys actually? Anyway, she is free! Thank you.
